Shaping a better world

We’re Here to Help

We’re Here to Help

Many of us have spent the last couple of months at home, wondering what the “new normal” would look like. As government restrictions begin to lift, and businesses slowly start to reopen, that reality is now here. It’s normal to be a little scared. Most importantly we need to remember that we’re in this together, and together we will navigate these waters. We’re here to help.

Surviving or Thriving

This transition has been a challenge for everyone, so it’s easy to forget about nurturing our mental health while we’re still adapting. It’s normal to feel less motivated and energetic, but we can’t be hard on ourselves for those behaviors. We might be eating a bit more, working out a bit less and going through pyjamas way too quickly, but it’s normal. We all have good and bad days, and we can’t feel bad about giving in to a Netflix binge here and there, but it’s important to find inspiration wherever we can, so that we can learn to thrive in this situation.

Through our partnership with WE, we are offering the WE Well-being Playbook. It’s a hands-on guide filled with everyday tools, actions and tactics to nurture your own mental well-being and the well-being of others. It helps you manage stress, tap into your emotions and ultimately feel more empowered, and every purchase helps empower youth with tools to nurture their well-being as well.

Ardene’s Protective Masks

As we adapt to a new way of life, we are also all thinking about our physical well-being. In some places, it’s now encouraged to wear a protective face mask if you go in public, so we now have washable, hypoallergenic and super cute masks for everyone – children too! A portion of proceeds from the sale of each mask will be donated to WE Well-being to support mental health.

With warmer temperatures and more activities ahead of us, let’s still remember to practice self-love, stay safe and be kind to one another. Together we will adjust to the “new normal”.
